The associate producer is the representative of the projects for Beenox. He will create and maintain the development schedules as well as taking care of project staffing and day-to-day management of the production team. Of course, the primary responsibility of the associate producer is to ensure that team deliverables are of the highest quality and met in a timely matter.
The candidate might also have to assist the direction with several executive tasks like representing the company at trade shows.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to be able to work with both internal and external development teams;
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French) speaking and writing;
- Knowledge of the many aspects related to game development;
- Advanced knowledge in computers and/or multimedia;
- High interest by video games in general on all platforms;
- High interest and general knowledge of the game industry and its challenges;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project;
- Traits and qualities: aggressive, initiative, proactive, very organized and highly cares about details.
